If you are a jewellery, gift or religious articles retailer interested in carrying our line, please browse or website, e-mail us or just give us a call; we would love get to know you!

To place an order, browse the catalogue items and click the Add To Cart button on the items you wish to purchase. When you’re done shopping, click the Cart link at the top right of the page and it will lead you through the rest of the checkout as a guest or registered user.

Payment Processing

We do not process credit cards online.
When you place an order through italoro.ca, we’ll call you back to arrange payment (either by a posted cheque or credit card over the phone).

Shipping & Delivery

Priority and Express post are the two default shipping methods available. Alternate shipping methods are available upon request for additional cost. Orders over $100 CAD require signature upon receipt.

Shipping will be confirmed by phone or email after you have placed an order.

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns within a legitimate time frame for replacement or credit.

Retail

Italoro is a wholesaler and does not sell directly to the consumer, but if you like what you see on our website and would like to order an item, you can ask your local retail jewellery or religious articles store to special order your item for you. We can also direct you to a retailer in your area that carries our products; simply email us at info@italoro.ca with your Canadian province and city of residence and we’ll send you a list of retailers near you.
